2010 Blues Music Awards

As a proud member of The Blues Foundation, FullTimeBlues.com is pleased to share with you the nominees for the 2010 Blues Music Awards, the highest honor given among Blues artists.

The announcements were made Wednesday, December 9, 2009 Live on Sirius/XM Radio's "Bluesville" channel, and were also posted on the official website of The Blues Foundation, Blues.org

Joe Louis Walker lead the pack with five nominations in total, a high honor in itself, because of this year's loaded field. It has been an excellent year for Blues fans, with countless fantastic albums and tours to support; and with this year's 30th annual Blues music Awards being regarded as the best ever, organizers are already promising a show that will rival the 2009 edition.

The 31st annual Blues Music Awards will be held Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the Cook Convention Center in Memphis, Tennessee; and will feature a marathon program filled with awards presentations and performances by nominees.

I Would Like To Extend Congratulations to All of the Nominees in the 2010 Blues Music Awards Class On This Hard Earned and Well Deserved Honor. - Johnny Full-Time
